control many of your connected vehicle's features through the MyMazda app on your mobile

REMOTE ENGINE START

Start your Mazda's engine with the MyMazda App and return to the previously set interior temperature before you even get in. It's comfort and convenience right at your fingertips.

REMOTE LOCK AND UNLOCK

Unlock convenience with a tap. Keep your Mazda secure with our remote door lock/unlock feature on the MyMazda App.

VEHICLE FINDER

Forgot where you parked your car? The MyMazda App pins the location of your vehicle on the map and shows you its exact spot, as well as activating the hazard lights and horn to make it easier to find.

VEHICLE HEALTH AND STATUS

The MyMazda App can notify you when something may need your attention. Find out when your oil, lights or tire pressure should be checked; or when it's time for service - before you get on the road.

To begin activation, download the MyMazda App to your Apple or Android mobile device and create a MyMazda account. MyMazda App registration is required to activate Mazda Connected Services.

Please follow the sign-up instructions when creating your MyMazda account to turn on Mazda Connected Services.

The complimentary Mazda Connected Services trial begins on the date of purchase or lease of a new vehicle. The Complimentary Trial Period is:

  • 1 year for all 2025MY models (excluding 2025MY CX-70 which is 3-years).

  • 3-years for all applicable 2019MY - 2025MY models.

After the complimentary trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using services.

After the complimentary trial period, the basic plan fee is $10 per month (plus tax where applicable).

Log into owners.mymazda.com and select 'Enroll in Paid Plan'. You will need your MyMazda Account login to access the owner portal.

Once subscription is complete, you may access the full suite of Mazda Connected Services features via the MyMazda App.


Please note, only accounts with 'Primary Driver' status can sign up for subscription.

To check/edit account status: Visit MyMazda App & navigate to hamburger menu in upper right corner → Click 'MyMazda' → Click 'My Vehicle' → Select 'Drivers'.

Yes. After the complimentary trial, all plan enrollments will automatically renew on a monthly basis.

We currently offer monthly plan payments for Mazda Connected Services. Our trusted payment processor, Stripe, accepts major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX.

To manage your payment preferences such as credit card information, go to owners.mymazda.com and select Manage Billing to see full details. You may update your preferred payment method and billing information.

To cancel your subscription, go to owners.mymazda.com and select Manage Billing > Cancel plan. The subscription will finish at the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.

Used and/or Certified Pre-owned Mazda vehicles are subject to the Complimentary trial period based on the original warranty start date. To learn more about vehicle eligibility for your Mazda vehicle, please contact your nearest Mazda dealership.
